why dosent the footprint inport with the symbol?

We downloaded and imported the specified KiCad v6 model on our side, and the footprint imports correctly with no errors.

Could you please delete any older libraries for this part number and download the model from our site again? When you download, please make sure the ZIP file name remains exactly the same as the part number, and that no extra identifier like “(1)” or “(2)” is added to the ZIP file name. We’ve seen that this can cause import issues in KiCad.
