How can I upload my Altium component (msp430fr5738.IntLib)?

An Altium IntLib was prepared ( with Make Integrated Library ) with the schematic symbol and pcb footprint alone in the project ( on a blank schematic page and pcb layout ) and then submitted through the upload web page, however, did not appear to be accepted and no indication either way was provided in response.

How should Altium components be prepared and submitted now that Altium download IntLib format is supported?
