My apologies, seems like the issue is that it's not downloading for Altium, we have documented this issue and we will fix it soon.

Currently, you can download this part for Altium and import it in Altium using the P-CAD importer. You can find the import guide here: https://www.snapeda.com/about/import/#Altium

You can also download the Eagle version and use the Eagle importer in Altium to import it.

We will be working on support for the native Altium format soon, I will keep you posted on that.
